The report adds that Los Blancos, on the other hand, are still waiting for a decision from the defender. Davies knows what the Spanish giants are willing to offer him as wages, which is likely to be less than the Bundesliga side and that they would not enter a bidding war for him. The decision now lies with the player.
Earlier this week, reported that Davies' agent will stay in Munich until January 16 as he looks to thrash out the last details on an extension which has gathered pace since November.
The 24-year-old full-back will be back in action for Vincent Kompany's side on Wednesday as they host Hoffenheim in a Bundesliga clash at Allianz Arena.
